Our integrative practitioner will thoroughly review your medical history before and during your first visit. Based on your current medical conditions, recommendations will be provided for the appropriate Subscription Plan that best fits your individual needs.

Premier Plan – Ideal for anyone new to Functional Medicine and dealing with multiple chronic issues, including hormones, gut, autoimmune, cardiometabolic, or inflammation.
Comprehensive Plan – Perfect for anyone continuing their Functional Medicine journey to resolve their health problem, such as autoimmune, hormone balancing, thyroid, gut health, etc.
Maintenance Plan – Ideal for anyone looking to maintain optimal health using a Functional Medicine approach and enjoy a healthy and energetic lifestyle. Prevention is better than cure.

Can I cancel my Plan?+

Yes, you may cancel at any time by giving 30 days’ written notice 6 months after the start of the current contract year.

Functional Medicine is a journey, not a sprint, and requires commitment to achieve long-term, sustainable results. Our functional medicine clinicians spend a significant amount of time with you from the first visit onward and make a time commitment to your health and well-being. It typically takes 6 to 12 months to uncover and heal the different layers of health, such as balancing the hormones and gut microbiome, enhancing effective detoxification, identifying inflammation and food intolerances, and personalizing your nutritional needs.

Do you offer payment options for the Care Plans?+

Rose Wellness offers two payment options –
Monthly payment – You will be charged at the start of your subscription, and fees are auto-debited on the same date each subsequent month.
One-Time Upfront or Annual payment – You will pay for the full plan at the start of your subscription. For a limited time, we are offering a reduced price for an upfront payment.

What is the cost of the Care Plans?+

The subscription plan pricing is as follows –

Comprehensive Plan – $250/month for 1 year or $2,800 annual one-time payment.

Premier Plan – $395/month for 1 year or $4,500 annual one-time payment.

Maintenance Plan – $145/month for 1 year or $1,620 annual one-time payment.

Billing / Insurance

Do you accept health insurance?-

Freedom of Choice – We are an “Insurance Free” practice. We believe in empowering you to make the best treatment choices for your medical needs and avoid constraints imposed by insurance companies. However, we will help you receive any insurance benefits you may be entitled to. Our staff will provide you with a “superbill” containing the appropriate diagnostic and procedure codes, which you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

“Out of Network” reimbursement – Our physicians are considered “out of network,” and reimbursements are dependent on your insurance plan. All costs for services rendered will be your sole responsibility. Most insurance companies offer some degree of reimbursement; however, you are encouraged to check with your insurance company about reimbursement prior to your appointment. For conventional blood work, insurance companies frequently offer full coverage.

FSA or HSA – Many members choose to pay for their plans using FSA/HSA dollars. However, please confirm with your individual FSA/HSA provider or benefits administrator.

Do you accept Medicare Insurance?+

Our practitioners have opted out of Medicare. If you are a Medicare beneficiary, you will not be entitled to any reimbursement from Medicare. All costs for services, including prescriptions and laboratory tests ordered, will be your sole responsibility and will not be covered by Medicare.
