As a seasoned, Board Certified Health Coach and Occupational Therapist, Jennifer comes to Rose Wellness with tremendous determination to help her clients reach their often elusive health goals. Jennifer works from an extensive lens drawn from decades of patient care in both allopathic and complementary medicine.  She has a passion for learning about what makes you unique in order to meet you exactly where you are in your health journey

Jennifer has a proven track record of success with her clients. She is known to be their committed ally, accountability partner and relentless cheerleader. She works to understand your unique barriers to success and meets you exactly where you are on any given day. Clients love that the goals that they set with Jennifer are small and achievable and lead to a success mindset. This attention to her clients allows them, often for the very first time, to set and reach their goals and finally have them stick!

Besides loving her work as a Health Coach and keeping her own body, mind and spirit as healthy as she can, Jennifer spends her time doing weekly service work with the food insecure, creating pottery, in the woods where she hikes her dog, Teddy, doing yoga and other joyful movement, leading a book club, loves (and needs to do more!) dancing, cooking plant based food for all to enjoy, and satiating her wanderlust by exploring far and near with her 22 year old daughter, Jordy.
